Training watches in the Suunto t-Series combine streamlined equipment with a user friendly interface that tracks your fitness regimen and suggests adjustments either during or following a workout. All you'll need to start your optimized fitness regimen is your t-Series Suunto training watch and the Suunto heart rate belt. The t1 heart rate belt does NOT feature ANT technology. The t1 is the 'bare-essentials' model in the Suunto t-Series. It monitors your real-time calories burned, provides 3 adjustable heart rate zones plus a heart rate limit alarm if you are over-exerting, and includes a stopwatch. There's also the standard watch functions (time, date, weekday) as well as a dual time display, backlight, and a single daily alarm.
